Join Ash for a journey of releasing what’s holding you back so that you can step into your ideal future.
We’ll be enjoying connection, breath work to music and reiki, all in a sacred space in Essex.
Space is limited to 4-5 attendees.

Join us for an afternoon of self expression through dance & community. Our dances are inclusive & welcoming.
Ecstatic Dance is a freeform dance in a safely held community space. You are welcome to come as you are. Please note, you do not need to have children to attend
Please arrive no later than 3:30 pm.
We are welcoming the community to contribute in making this an ongoing free offering. Please message if you plan to attend and are open to helping with set up, break down or greet our community. Our intention is to make this an ongoing monthly offering.
